After his NFL career, Andre became obsessed with one question: How can I help others unlock their full potential? The answer led him to speak at over 1,000 events for Fortune 500 companies, healthcare systems, universities, and nonprofits—sharing the same mindset frameworks that powered his professional football career.
But Andre's mission expanded further when he realized the mental health crisis affecting young people. He began interviewing thousands of teenagers across America about their struggles, pressures, and mental health challenges. This research became the foundation for his mental health advocacy work and his book, The Crisis We Created.
